Questions I'd like to ask during an interview ...
a. Tell me what it's like working here in terms of people, management practices, workloads, expected performance, and rewards.
b. How is job performance evaluated?
c. What are the major challenges for a person in this position?
d. Where do you see me in the future of this organization?

just think a little next time.
I don't blame you. There seems to be a pretty stock series of questions to ask for an interview. unless you know the specific job and what to ask
