Good Afternoon Sir/Ma'am,
I want to personally thank you for the interest you've shown in the great state of Georgia. We have many sights and uptown adventures for you, from the wonderful city of Atlanta to the seasoned state of Augusta, I'm here to emphasize these attributes so you may enjoy your stay here in "The Peach State".
Atlanta a thriving, metropolitian area contains a dollop of attractions not only available for locals but tourists as well. You may want to look out for the modernized ZooAtlanta in Grand Park, visit the Atlanta Falcons at the Georgia Dome, or Buy a MARTA single-day or weeklong pass to ride around the city for a low price. However you choose to do so, Enjoy Altlanta!
Valdosta is a little more family-oriented, it includes a plenty of shopping, dining and indoor entertainment. For example: "Azalea City" that has a typical wet climate that makes it great for water-based sports and a scenic view. You may also want to enjoy Valdosta's abundance of dining opportunities, movie theaters, night life, andsporting events such as the Spring Pedal and Paddle Festival held annually during the month of April.
Augusta is generally a quiet city that comes to life in the month of April due to the Masters Tournament a great opportunity to meet new people or observe the city at it's finest. Augusta has a vast selection of lovely hotels and delicious restaurants to choose from. If your looking for a peaceful city or good eats, Augusta, Georgia is where it's at!
Whether visiting for the sights, to get away from every day, or simply see whats so "Peachy" about the state, Georgia has it all. Experience the MARTA for a day in Atlanta, Get wet and relax in Valdosta's "Azalea City", or Simply enjoy Augusta's delicious restuarants and splendid hotel opportunities. Take a breather down here in " The Peach State".
Sincerly,
David White/Advisor

Good job on the start. The beginning attracted me, and made me want to keep reading the rest of the letter. There is a couple of grammar errors that you may want to fix before you mail out the letter to the individual. Other than that good letter.
